Amanda Hilliard

Amanda Hilliard brings a well-rounded background in both education and healthcare to her role as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sam Houston State University and went on to complete her Master of Business Administration at Northwood University.

Amanda began her career in education, teaching at the middle school level for five years and coaching for four of those years. Her desire to make a difference in people’s lives led her to transition into healthcare, where she worked as a Physical Therapy Technician for two years. This hands-on experience sparked her passion for physical therapy and motivated her to pursue further education in the field. She went on to complete the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Tarrant County College.

Since graduating, Amanda has gained experience working with both pediatric and geriatric populations across a variety of settings, including home health, outpatient clinics, and school-based therapy. Her diverse clinical background and dedication to patient-centered care reflect her commitment to improving mobility and quality of life for her patients.

Amanda joined RTS full time in June 2025 as a Physical Therapist Assistant and is excited about the opportunity to grow as a clinician and team member while serving patients at the Trophy Club location.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys exercising, reading, spending time with her dog Jasmine, and being with family and friends.
