Dr. Emily Covington
Emily Covington, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist who has been working with RTS Physical Therapy at the Northlake clinic since September 2025. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of the Cumberlands in 2020, and she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy at University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio in 2025.
Emily is passionate about treating patients with kindness, compassion, and effectiveness so they can return to living a fulfilling active lifestyle, whatever that may be for each person. She loves learning about her patient’s lives to bring them specialized care.
Outside of the clinic, Emily loves to read, dance, go to live sporting events, and stay active. Emily has a history of several sports including, but not limited to, soccer and lacrosse. She was a collegiate athlete at UC for lacrosse where she earned several accolades including D1 All American Team as a goalie for 2 years in a row.
