Dr. Tina Neuwirth
Dr. Neuwirth is a founding partner of RTS Physical Therapy. She is a doctor of physical therapy with a DPT degree from Texas Woman’s University. Prior to earning her doctorate, she earned several other related degrees: a BS in Human Biology from TWU, and a BS in Health Care Services as well as a Master of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is an owner, clinic manager, and treating therapist at RTS Physical Therapy.
Clinically, she enjoys treating a wide variety of patients of all ages and diagnoses. She especially enjoys helping our military and first responders return to their jobs and lives. She utilizes exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, modalities, and functional training with all her patients to provide the highest level of customer service and rehabilitation based on the most current education and research.
She is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, certified by the APTA. She is certified in dry needling, vestibular and concussion care, blood flow restriction therapy, and musculoskeletal sonography. She has been an invited guest lecturer at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Physical Therapy program in Dallas and has been an adjunct faculty member and invited guest lecturer at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas for over 2 decades. She has also provided community education to promote health and fitness to the public in some of her favorite areas of study: running, pelvic floor strength, and exercise during pregnancy.
Tina is a mother of three wonderful children (Ella, born in 2005, Jesse, born in 2007, and Bryna born in 2011). Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, taking pictures and learning about photography, riding horses, traveling, hiking, baking, and working out.
