Dr. Tylar Lanning

Tylar Lanning, PT, DPT, ATC, is a licensed physical therapist dedicated to helping patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. With a patient-centered approach, Tylar focuses on identifying the root cause of pain and dysfunction—not just treating symptoms.

Tylar earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Colorado Mesa University and gained hands-on experience working with athletes at both the high school and collegiate levels. This early clinical background provided extensive exposure to sports injuries, injury prevention, and on-field rehabilitation, and laid a strong foundation for his transition into physical therapy.

He later earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine and has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility limitations. Tylar integrates evidence-based treatment techniques with individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and activity demands.

Outside of the clinic, Tylar enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and participating in outdoor activities.
