Dr. William Aaron Weller

Aaron was born and raised in North Texas and has spent most of his life in the area. After initially studying Mechanical Engineering, serving in the U.S. Army and working as a Patent Examiner for the USPTO, Aaron’s own experiences with sports- and service-related injuries led him to discover a passion for exercise, rehabilitation, and human performance. While serving as the Master Fitness Trainer for his Army EOD unit, he helped fellow soldiers maintain physical fitness standards, rehabilitate themselves when injured and return to duty—sparking his pursuit of physical therapy.

Following an honorable discharge, Aaron earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern School of Health Professions in 2021. He began his career in outpatient orthopedics, where he developed a strong interest in manual physical therapy. He completed a certification in Spinal Manipulation in 2023 and graduated from a Fellowship in manual therapy in 2025. During his Fellowship, Aaron gained advanced manual therapy experience, direct mentorship training under other Fellows, earned certifications in Dry Needling and Vestibular/Concussion Rehabilitation, and conducted a randomized controlled trial on Dry Needling for Medial Epicondylalgia.

Aaron joined RTS in January 2025 and currently serves as the Clinic Director at the Grapevine location. He is committed to an evidence-based, holistic, and conservative approach to care—empowering patients to heal, move confidently, and achieve lasting results. Aaron looks forward to partnering with you to reach your physical therapy goals.

Outside the clinic, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Danielle, and their two sons, Everett (2019) and Jude (2025). You’ll often find him staying active, wrestling with his boys, exploring local trails, lifting at the gym or in the garage, watching or playing soccer, tackling home/car projects, cooking/grilling, or unwinding at a local brewery.
